Where are Held Ground products printed and shipped from?
Products are produced and fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners, and we currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
How long does production take?

Shipping and Tracking
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are expected to be delivered within 10 business days of purchase, which includes both production and transit time. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it's sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Tracking can take a little time to update after your label is created.
Returns and Exchanges
Does Held Ground accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. We're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or a size or color chosen at checkout, so please check sizing before you order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
